Class details... start time & other important info

Start time for classes is 8:00 am.  Class goes until 5:00 pm unless otherwise noted.

Yummy muffins or pastries in the morning, an over abundance at lunchtime, & drinks and snacks throughout the day are included. If you have any food allergies or special diet, please contact Joanna DeLoatch so arrangements can be made. (no, filet mignon is not considered a 'special diet'  :-)

The classroom is kept on the 'cool' side so if you're cold natured, please bring a sweater or jacket.  Most classes have 'hands-on' so dress accordingly. If wearing 'flip-flops' or high heels, please bring a change of shoes for the 'hands-on' demonstrations.

If the class is a Clean Trust (formally IICRC) certification class, test fees are a separate fee of $50 ($150 if AMRT certification)  Our goal is to have everyone pass the exam. If you have any reading or learning difficulties, please let us know ahead of time.  We can discreetly make special arrangements and are happy to do so.

If class is the EPA Lead RRP class, test fee is included. If you are working in the state of Georgia, there are additional fees paid to the State of Georgia for 'Certified Firm' & 'Certified Renovator'. Please see EPA Lead page on this site.

If you are attending one of the Xactimate training classes, please make sure to bring your computer with the Xactimate program or 30 day free trial loaded and working.  Also, bring your mouse.
