Introduction to Tile & Grout Cleaning
Instructor:  Bruce DeLoatch

Think about all of the carpet cleaning jobs you did during the last 30 days... Chances are you stepped over thousands of square feet of tile and grout to get to the carpet you had to clean. Ceramic and stone tile flooring is becoming more common in the homes and business you clean. Sooner or later, those floors get dirty and need to be restored. Grout is nearly impossible for a homeowner or building custodian to keep clean and stain-free. Why? Because the very mop water they are using to remove the soil from the tile is penetrating and staining the grout! It’s a losing battle. However, with the new chemicals and equipment available to YOU, the professional cleaner, it’s easy to get grout clean and bright. If you do not offer tile and grout cleaning to your customers...you are stepping over thousands of dollars every month!

 Did you know:

Dirty, stained grout is the #1 complaint of owners of tile floors.
Homeowners and businesses will pay you $1.00 per square foot or more to clean their stone, tile and grout.
They will happily pay 50 cents or more per square foot to seal tile and grout. (EASY money!)
Tile and grout cleaning is easier, faster and more profitable than carpet cleaning.
There is a LOT less competition for cleaning tile. This is a fantastic ‘add-on’ service!
