Xactimate- Basic Training (beginner)

If you're new to the 'restoration' industry, you need this class! This is the 'beginner' class. Most attending this class are 'brand new' at this program. They are either barely using it or have just recently gotten the program. Xactimate is the estimating & billing program for this industry. If you're not using this program then you need to be using a 'service' that does because otherwise you'll be leaving thousands of dollars behind. This 2-day course is specifically designed to give you all of the fundamentals, tools, and knowledge needed to become proficient with Xactimate at a beginner level. Attending this class will allow a student to work efficiently with Xactimate. 

The class covers:

•  Adding your company's logo, business information, and opeing statement to your estimate.
  

• Setting up an estimate from scratch including information about the insured, the policy, and the loss location
  

• Create estimates that will cover the actual cost to rebuild
  

• Taking field notes in a way to better facilitate the estimating process
  

• Line item entry and search strategies to speed up writing time
  

• Build floor plans in 'sketch' quickly & efficiently
  

• Use of 'sketch' wizards & features
  

• Upload and label photographs for maximum effect
  

• Multiple print options and formats
  

• Configuring your xactimate installation to suit your specific estimating needs. 
  

Xactimate-Basic training Class fee- $595 

* Save $100 if pd registration by May 7th

* Add additional techs $495

Attend BOTH 'Basic training & Advanced training for $900

  Class date:  June 4 & 5

There is no test for this class

Counts as 2 credits with IICRC

**Meets CE requirements for GA State Board for Residential and General Contractors license (Subject matter: building techniques and technology)
